Job Description

On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Talent Advisor for a 12 month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin office.

Sr. Talent Advisor - Job Description:
The Sr. Talent Advisor will be instrumental in recruiting and building talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities that support Schwab's business verticals. This role involves partnering with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels, focusing on technical recruiting and influencing managers to expedite the hiring process.

Sr. Talent Advisor - Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Execute the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with managers.
• Provide market insights and education.
• Identify optimal online sourcing channels.
• Organize targeted outreach events in the industry.
• Assess candidate quality, skills, and fit for positions.

Sr. Talent Advisor - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility.
• Experience developing acquisition strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of labor markets and talent pools.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
