Sr. Technical Architect:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Technical Architect for a contract role. This position is fully remote working based on PST hours. 

Sr. Technical Architect - Job Description:
The Enterprise Clinical Information Solutions (ECIS) team requires a Sr. Technical Architect to provide expert technical architecture leadership and advisory services supporting CST Cerner and associated clinical and business systems. The project involves improving, optimizing, and sustaining CST Cerner and related systems, enhancing performance, reliability, and interoperability across a complex enterprise environment.

Sr. Technical Architect - Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, architecture, implementation, and operational support of CST Cerner technical components.
• Provide technical architecture expertise to stakeholders ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Support integration of clinical applications and healthcare technologies.
• Assess and manage technical dependencies, risks, and impacts across systems.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain architectural designs and technical standards.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure scalable, secure, and supportable solutions.
• Provide technical oversight for system lifecycle management and improvement initiatives.

Sr. Technical Architect - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 15 years in solution and enterprise architecture.
• Minimum 15 years supporting enterprise healthcare information systems.
• Minimum 10 years with Oracle Health Cerner.
• Experience with large-scale Oracle Health Cerner in Canadian healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Health Cerner architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies.

Sr. Technical Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Citrix platforms and enterprise SSO solutions.
• Experience designing healthcare technology solutions across organizations.
• Experience in technical architecture within mission-critical environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.

Sr. Technical Architect – Assignment Length:
Initial contract goes until March 31, 2027, with chances of extension.
