SRE Dynatrace Specialist:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a SRE Dynatrace Specialist for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Scarborough, Ontario office.

SRE Dynatrace Specialist - Job Description:
The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Dynatrace Specialist will focus on ensuring the reliability, performance, and observability of large-scale, distributed systems. This role involves working on a current platform to enhance its capabilities using Dynatrace technologies.

SRE Dynatrace Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Dynatrace full orchestration including Infra, Synthetic Monitoring, RUM, OS, DB, and Incident management
• Collaborate with application owners, developers, infrastructure teams, and support teams
• Provide recommendations for improving application performance and reliability
• Install, configure, and upgrade Dynatrace components
• Manage Dynatrace tenants, environments, and user access
• Monitor application health, availability, and performance
• Track end-to-end transactions across distributed systems

SRE Dynatrace Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of Dynatrace experience
• Familiarity with Dynatrace integration with ServiceNow
• Experience leveraging Dynatrace Davis AI
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace SRG, workflows, and integration with JIRA/SNOW
• Understanding of SRE golden signals and setting up alerts per SLO/SLI/SLAs
• Proficiency with Dynatrace DQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

SRE Dynatrace Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Dynatrace Certifications
• Background in software development or platform engineering
• Experience in large enterprise environments

SRE Dynatrace Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

SRE Dynatrace Specialist - Assignment Location:
Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a month required in the office, subject to change.
