Strategic Partnership Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Strategic Partnership Manager for a 24-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Strategic Partnership Manager - Job Description:
This role involves joining the Customer Segments team to manage and oversee the bank's retail partnerships. As the partnership portfolio expands, the position will support stakeholder management, business development, and relationship growth in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Strategic Partnership Manager - Responsibilities:
• Assist in the management of Everyday Banking Partnerships
• Manage expenses, sponsorships, internal & external partnerships, and events
• Expand and deepen existing partner relationships
• Work with product managers and cross-functional departments to facilitate partnership opportunities
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to inform goals, SLAs, and design value propositions
• Launch strategies and campaigns to activate key partnerships

Strategic Partnership Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7+ years of partnership strategy and execution experience
• Strong experience working with large, top-tier organizations
• Very strong communication, impact, and influence abilities
• Significant Canadian market experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Strategic Partnership Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Financial services experience preferred

Strategic Partnership Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 24-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to FTE.

Strategic Partnership Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays, alternating Fridays).
