Strategic Talent Advisor:
On behalf of our Human Resources client, Procom is searching for a Strategic Talent Advisor for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Westlake, Texas office. 

Strategic Talent Advisor - Job Description:
The Strategic Talent Advisor will design and implement data-informed recruiting strategies tailored to business needs and workforce plans. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing market insights, and guiding the hiring process to achieve strategic talent acquisition goals.

Strategic Talent Advisor - Responsibilities:
• Design and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business needs and workforce plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing market insights and talent recommendations.
• Lead intake and consultation conversations to clarify role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage various sourcing channels and tools to engage prospective candidates.
• Apply structured assessment methods to evaluate candidates.
• Partner with interview teams to ensure fair and effective interviewing practices.
• Build strong relationships across Talent Acquisition, HR, and the business.
• Deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring partners.
• Apply critical thinking and business understanding to guide decision-making.

Strategic Talent Advisor - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies for complex roles.
• Experience in skills-based and competency-based candidate assessments.
• Strong stakeholder consultation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strategic Talent Advisor – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business areas.
• Familiarity with workforce planning and talent market analysis.
• Understanding of employment branding concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
