Support Analyst:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Support Analyst for a 8-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Edmonton office.

Support Analyst - Job Description:
This role involves hands-on technical assistance, hardware deployment, and physical infrastructure maintenance across bank branches. The project, CRU Refresh, requires ensuring that all workstation hardware, teller desks, peripheral equipment, Cash Recycling Units, and structured cabling are operational, secure, and compliant with strict financial industry standards.

Support Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on technical assistance
• Deploy hardware and maintain physical infrastructure
• Ensure operational and security compliance of equipment
• Conduct evening work and travel, primarily around Edmonton and Northern Alberta

Support Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Technical assistance experience
• Hardware deployment knowledge
• Physical infrastructure maintenance
• Experience with workstation hardware and peripheral equipment
• Understanding of structured cabling
• Ability to travel and work evenings
• Strong problem-solving skills

Support Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with financial industry standards
