Systems Analyst:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Systems Analyst. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

Systems Analyst - Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to support our client's billing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the existing code base, providing operational support, and developing enhancements to the system. The candidate should be a fast learner with an aptitude for understanding and maintaining complex systems.

Systems Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, implement, maintain, support, and document enterprise business applications
• Provide operational support and incident management
• Troubleshoot system issues and develop system enhancements
• Contribute to major projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Systems Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• SQL programming against enterprise databases including SQL Server and Oracle
• Broad knowledge of computer systems technology, programming, and design techniques
• Experience with Java, .NET (C#), and/or PowerShell
• Understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to support production systems and respond to critical incidents with urgency.

Systems Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• Experience with network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, Fiddler, Netcat, Ethereal)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
