Systems Analyst IV:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Systems Analyst IV for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Houston, Texas office.

Systems Analyst IV - Job Description:
This role involves working on the full life cycle implementation of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), focusing on configuration, design, and integration. The project includes assessing current systems, gathering business requirements, and designing solutions to meet future business needs.

Systems Analyst IV - Responsibilities:
• Hands-on functional configuration and design with SAP EAM, PM/SM, and PS
• Conduct business workshops, including gap analysis, blueprinting, and design
• Manage full cycle implementation from requirements gathering to post go-live support
• Transform requirements into detailed systems design and implement in SAP
• Capture business requirements and create EAM solutions aligned with business-IT roadmaps
• Collaborate with EAM architects to identify opportunities for emerging technologies
• Liaison between clients, vendors, project management, and technical teams
• Guide fit/gap analysis and validate design decisions

Systems Analyst IV - Mandatory Skills:
• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise asset management solutions
• Experience with 2 full cycle SAP implementations
• Experience with converting acquisitions/mergers into current platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to technical and non-technical peers
• Experience with SAP enterprise modules integration (e.g., CRM, MM, FI)

Systems Analyst IV – Nice-to-Have Skills:
