On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a Systems Analyst-Power BI Performance Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Systems Analyst-Power BI Performance Analyst - Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Analyst to join our team, focusing on Power BI development and data integration. The role involves optimizing existing reports and data solutions, developing new reporting capabilities, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Systems Analyst-Power BI Performance Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain end-user documentation and technical guides.
• Establish reporting standards and data governance practices.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for leadership and business users.
• Develop ad-hoc and structured reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data requirements.
• Optimize existing reports and models for performance and scalability.

Systems Analyst-Power BI Performance Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Advanced Power BI development, including DAX and Power Query/M.
• Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems and sources.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Systems Analyst-Power BI Performance Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience integrating data from APIs and cloud-based services.
• Experience with project and portfolio management platforms.
• Experience with financial or operational performance reporting.
• Experience working in collaborative BI or data environments.
• Python or other scripting experience for data analysis and automation.

Systems Analyst-Power BI Performance Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.
