Systems Analyst:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Systems Analyst for a full-time role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Winnipeg office.

Systems Analyst - Job Description:
The project will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Systems Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the improvement of healthcare delivery through ICT.
• Perform data modeling, integration specifications, and data migration.
• Implement clinical information systems on a provincial scale.
• Merge patient demographics and visit data in Altera Sunrise.
• Design healthcare interfaces, data conversions, and reports.
• Model data involving confidential client/demographic information.
• Design enterprise-level patient ID solutions and regional identifier consolidation.

Systems Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Business Computing, or Management Information Systems.
• 10+ years as a Systems/Integration Analyst.
• 10+ years implementing clinical information systems in healthcare.
• 7+ years merging patient demographics and visit data in Altera Sunrise.
• 7+ years designing healthcare interfaces, data conversions, and reports.
• 5+ years with data modeling involving confidential client/demographic information.

Systems Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• HL7 International Certification.
• Experience with enterprise-level patient ID solutions.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Experience in accessible healthcare technology solutions.

Systems Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from August 4, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with an option term from April 1, 2027, to June 30, 2027.

ASAP.

Systems Analyst - Assignment Location:
Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office.
