On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior for a 6-month role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior (2) - Job Description:
This critical role involves leading and performing quality assurance and testing for enterprise platform features, integrations, releases, and onboarded services within the Government Services Integration Cluster. The project focuses on end-to-end testing of complex digital solutions, ensuring all quality criteria are met.

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior (2) - Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of risk-based test strategies, plans, and scenarios
• Execute manual and automated testing across various domains
• Coordinate with product, analysts, developers, and business representatives
• Identify, manage, and resolve defects
• Provide evidence-based release-readiness assessments
• Maintain requirements traceability and quality metrics

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior (2) - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience planning and executing end-to-end testing for complex digital solutions
• Experience with functional, integration, system, regression, accessibility, performance, and acceptance testing
• Experience automating UI, API, service, or database tests
• Experience testing cloud applications, microservices, and system integrations
• Ability to coordinate business and technical teams during testing and defect resolution

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior (2) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with public sector projects
• Familiarity with OPS or public sector environments

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior (2) – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
