Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior (3x):
On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for a Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior for a 9 month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves working on large-scale IT health-related projects within the public sector, specifically focusing on the provincial immunization system. The project includes developing and executing comprehensive test strategies for web applications within Agile and DevOps frameworks.

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Participate in business requirements walkthroughs.
• Analyze business requirements documentation including Use Cases, User Stories, User Map Journeys, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and contribute to the testing strategy and create systems test plans and test suites.
• Execute system and user acceptance tests adhering to HSC Test Methodology.
• Create and execute automated test scripts using automated testing tools.
• Verify actual results meet expected results and analyze test data requirements.
• Provide recommendations to the Project Manager regarding system component acceptance.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and participate in QA test planning and execution.

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years in implementing and executing comprehensive test strategies for web applications within Agile and DevOps frameworks.
• Ability to understand and analyze business requirements and systems response documents.
• Expertise in writing and executing test cases, scenarios, and scripts for web applications.
• Proficient in defect tracking and management tools like Jira and MS Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience in automated testing tools such as Selenium.

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with federal/provincial public-sector healthcare providers.
• Knowledge of the provincial immunization system.
• Experience with integration of Clinical IT Systems.
• Skilled in utilizing version control systems like Git.
• Demonstrable troubleshooting and analytical experience.

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 9 month contract position with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
