Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Services Integration client, Procom is searching for a Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior for an approximately 8-month role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior - Job Description:
The project involves comprehensive testing and quality assurance for large systems integration within a government services context. The role focuses on both automation and manual testing to ensure system reliability and compliance with accessibility standards.

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Provide advice on testing strategy, test plans, and testing tool selection
• Plan and organize testing efforts for large systems, including systems integration and user acceptance testing
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases against system components
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like Azure DevOps
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct performance, stress, and load testing
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 5–10 years of experience in manual and automated testing
• Extensive experience with defect triage and producing defect summary reports
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for defect tracking
• Experience with black box, penetration, security, system, and unit testing
• Experience preparing detailed test cases
• Knowledge of AODA testing and related accessibility standards
• Strong understanding of QA principles and methodologies

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Prior OPS or Public Sector experience
• Contact Centre experience
• Experience with HTML5, WAI-ARIA, and UX principles
• Experience with Java and AngularJS
• Bilingual testing experience

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior – Assignment Length:
The assignment is approximately 8 months, ending March 31, 2027.

ASAP.
