Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for a Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior for an 11-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto office.

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves contributing to critical testing activities for the CDT project with Technology Services. The project focuses on testing and quality assurance to ensure effective delivery and product management.

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Lead and contribute to the development of test strategies, test cases, and scenarios
• Prepare test scripts and regression test cases
• Manage and schedule all test activities, including DevOps maintenance, AODA, and stress/load testing
• Lead the team and participate in the execution of tests
• Provide testing summary reporting at the end of testing cycles

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of demonstrated QA experience, including leading QA teams
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, and VBScript
• Experience with COTS, SaaS, and Cloud applications
• Knowledge of automated test tools and version control systems, such as Microsoft DevOps
• Experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with public sector projects
• Experience managing defects and change requests
• Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps

Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is an 11-month contract position with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
