Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
On behalf of our People, Culture & Branding client, Procom is searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Chicago office.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition from the offer stage to the first day for new hires. This role involves managing requisition assignments, offer letter generation, and background screening to create a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Responsibilities:
• Supporting requisition assignments, offer letter generation, and monitoring background screening clearance
• Manage communications with internal and external partners to support program deliverables
• Ensuring all requisitions are assigned in Workday within defined SLAs
• Manage the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the post-offer process
• Execute on the end-to-end process of the offer letter and ensure all required reviews are completed
• Investigate, resolve and follow-up on any Workday issues or errors
• Support the team with special projects as needed

Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
• Typically, 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Intermediate computer skills with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft 365 tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• In-depth verbal & written communication skills
• In-depth collaboration & team skills
• In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth influence skills

Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous experience & demonstrated results in recruiting or sourcing
• Relevant postsecondary education
• Workday experience
• Previous financial industry experience

Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
