Talent Acquisition Partner:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 1-year role. This position is a remote position based out of our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Talent Acquisition Partner - Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will support day-to-day talent acquisition activities, focusing on high-level and diverse portfolios. The role involves working closely with senior leaders at the Bank to provide strategic recruitment support and innovative talent strategies.

Talent Acquisition Partner - Responsibilities:
• Act as the Talent Advisor for designated portfolios
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Develop and execute innovative talent strategies
• Advise business leads on talent market gaps
• Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience
• Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies and recruitment programs
• Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners and business stakeholders
• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and reporting
• Promote the brand in the marketplace

Talent Acquisition Partner - Mandatory Skills:
• Executive level exposure and high business acumen
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience recruiting for a complex portfolio with a national scope

Talent Acquisition Partner – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bilingualism (French/English)
• Knowledge of the banking/financial services industry
• Experience with Workday (HRIS)

Talent Acquisition Partner – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position.
