Talent Advisor - Senior:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Talent Advisor - Senior for a hybrid role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Austin office.

Talent Advisor - Senior - Job Description:
The Talent Advisor - Senior will focus on recruiting and building talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities supporting the client's business verticals. This role involves partnering with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels, leveraging technical recruiting expertise to influence and guide hiring managers.

Talent Advisor - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
• Execute the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers.
• Provide market insights and education to stakeholders.
• Identify and utilize the best online sourcing channels.
• Organize targeted outreach events in the industry.
• Assess candidate quality, skills, and fit for positions.

Talent Advisor - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility.
• Experience developing talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of labor markets and talent pools.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Talent Advisor - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to influence hiring managers effectively.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Experience organizing industry events.
• Familiarity with the Austin and Westlake labor markets.

Talent Advisor - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month position.

Talent Advisor - Senior - Assignment Location:
Austin, Texas, United States. This is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
