Job Description

On behalf of our Human Resources client, Procom is searching for a Talent Advisor - Senior for a 6 month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Westlake, TX office.

Talent Advisor - Senior - Job Description:
The Talent Advisor - Senior will design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies to meet business needs and workforce plans. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing market insights, and leading effective consultation conversations to clarify hiring priorities.

Talent Advisor - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Design and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business needs
• Serve as a trusted advisor providing market insights and talent recommendations
• Lead intake and consultation conversations to clarify role requirements
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines
• Leverage sourcing channels to engage prospective candidates
• Apply structured assessment methods for candidate evaluation
• Partner with interview teams to ensure effective interviewing practices
• Build strong relationships across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business units

Talent Advisor - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Ability to develop and execute strategies for complex roles
• Experience in skills-based and competency-based assessments
• Strong stakeholder consultation and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Talent Advisor - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions
• Familiarity with workforce planning and talent market analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
