Job Description

On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Talent Advisor for a 6 month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Westlake, Texas office.

Talent Advisor - Job Description:
The Talent Advisor will support hiring in our Service and Operations organizations, focusing on volume recruitment. The role involves recruiting and building talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities to support Schwab's business verticals. The Talent Advisor will conduct resume reviews and phone screenings to assess and recommend top talent for client-facing roles.

Talent Advisor - Responsibilities:
• Recruit and build talent acquisition strategies for Schwab's business verticals
• Conduct resume reviews and phone screenings
• Extend offers and manage the background checking process
• Align with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs
• Manage high volume and niche one-off requisitions
• Utilize applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS

Talent Advisor - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven recruiting experience (6+ years)
• Ability to work high volume requisitions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills
• Deep understanding of labor markets and talent pools
• Superior negotiating skills
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience

Talent Advisor – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Prior experience in the financial services industry
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
