Tech Lead Analyst (DevOps):
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Tech Lead Analyst (DevOps) for a 6 Month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Tech Lead Analyst (DevOps) - Job Description:
The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst will be responsible for leading the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs. This role involves working closely with the Technology team to ensure successful deployment of new products and process improvements.

Tech Lead Analyst (DevOps) - Responsibilities:
• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
• Identify and define necessary system enhancements
• Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts
• Assess risk when business decisions are made and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Tech Lead Analyst (DevOps) - Mandatory Skills:
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Tech Lead Analyst (DevOps) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Familiarity with deployment automation tools and processes
• Advanced knowledge of system flow and architecture

Tech Lead Analyst (DevOps) – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.

Tech Lead Analyst (DevOps) - Assignment Location:
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.
