On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Technical Account Manager/ Gestionnaire technique de comptes Chef de projet for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Technical Account Manager /Gestionnaire technique de comptes Chef de projet - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to lead the delivery of an Oracle Health migration from the RHO environment to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The project involves coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition with minimal operational disruption.

Technical Account Manager /Gestionnaire technique de comptes Chef de projet - Responsibilities:
• Lead customer engagement throughout the RHO to OCI migration
• Maintain the integrated project plan in Microsoft Project, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path
• Coordinate Oracle delivery teams and customer stakeholders across IT, infrastructure, clinical, and operational groups
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates
• Manage RAID, scope, change requests, cutover planning, and go-live readiness

Technical Account Manager /Gestionnaire technique de comptes Chef de projet - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of IT project management experience on complex enterprise projects
• Experience with cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, or healthcare technology delivery
• Healthcare IT or provider-facing delivery experience
• Advanced Microsoft Project scheduling and reporting capability
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Technical Account Manager /Gestionnaire technique de comptes Chef de projet – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Oracle Health or OCI project experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements

Technical Account Manager /Gestionnaire technique de comptes Chef de projet – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
