Technical Architect II:
On behalf of our Utility client, Procom is searching for a Technical Architect II for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Technical Architect II - Job Description:
This future-oriented, strategic role focuses on evolving the organization's web and digital platforms into a modern, scalable, omnichannel ecosystem. The project involves ensuring these platforms deliver consistent, secure, and engaging experiences across various digital channels.

Technical Architect II - Responsibilities:
• Define the digital roadmap in collaboration with Marketing and Public Affairs stakeholders
• Deliver analytics, insights, and recommendations to inform leadership and improve digital strategy
• Support current web technologies and ensure standards, policies, and best practices are followed
• Drive alignment between technology, marketing, and Public Affairs to enhance web presence and outcomes
• Expand digital maturity through modern Sitecore CMS, social media, and omnichannel capabilities
• Develop and report on key customer journeys and targeted campaign tracking
• Enable a unified content strategy and manage digital assets centrally

Technical Architect II - Mandatory Skills:
• Broad and deep knowledge of digital and social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Deep understanding of web technologies, SitecoreAI (Cloud XMC) platform, and related capabilities
• Experience with modern digital architectures supporting API-first, headless, or omnichannel delivery models
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of security concepts, cloud services (e.g., Azure), and digital integrations
• Demonstrated capability to drive strategic roadmap recommendations
• Ensure best practices and standards are being followed

Technical Architect II – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with AI-enabled digital experiences
• Familiarity with conversational agents constrained to trusted datasets
• Understanding of automation and personalization initiatives
• Experience in enabling a unified content strategy
• Knowledge of emerging digital channels

Technical Architect II – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month position.

Technical Architect II - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in-office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and 2 days work-from-home (Wednesday and Friday).
