Technical Documentation Analyst (Implementation)

Job Description

The Opportunity: 

The Technical Documentation Analyst (Implementation) supports the discovery and requirements lifecycle by transforming client discussions, meeting outputs, and discovery artifacts into structured inputs that enable efficient solution design and delivery.

This role serves as a critical operational partner to Pod Leaders and delivery teams by attending discovery sessions, capturing business and technical requirements, organizing supporting materials, and leveraging internal tools to prepare implementation artifacts and documentation.

The Technical Documentation Analyst (Implementation) helps ensure discovery information is complete, structured, and aligned with established standards before requirements are finalized and transitioned to the Solutions Delivery team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology, and interested in developing business analysis and solution design skills.

Day to day you will:

• Attend client discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Ensure all meeting notes, action items, decisions, and business requirements are documented in a usable format
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and follow-up items requiring additional clarification. 
• Organize and structure discovery outputs including: 

• • Meeting transcripts
  • Discovery notes
  • Process documentation
  • Client artifacts
  • Data requirements
  • Integration details
  • Supporting materials
• Ensure discovery information is complete and appropriately categorized for downstream processing. 
• Utilize internal tools to process discovery artifacts and generate implementation documentation.
• Prepare and structure inputs to maximize quality and consistency of outputs.
• Support development and maintenance of implementation documentation including:

• • Business Requirements Documents (BRD) 
  • Financial Requirements Documents (FRD)
  • Integration Requirements Documents (IRD) 
  • Process flows
  • User stories 
  • Discovery summaries
  • Requirements traceability documentation 

• Support creation and maintenance of standard discovery templates
• Identify opportunities to improve discovery efficiency and documentation quality.
• Contribute to reusable knowledge assets and implementation accelerators.

It would be amazing if you have:

• 1–3 years of experience supporting business analysis, implementations, project coordination, or related activities.
• Strong note-taking and documentation capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using AI tools and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SaaS platforms or implementation environments.
• Exposure to requirements gathering methodologies.
• Experience with documentation tools and collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with workforce technology, VMS, HCM, or ERP environments.
