Technical IT Business Analyst – Pega & Python
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Technical IT Business Analyst – Pega & Python for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Technical IT Business Analyst – Pega & Python - Job Description:
This role supports the Canadian Banking Analytics group, focused on targeted marketing campaign work. The project involves building campaigns and supporting marketing initiatives within Canadian Banking, including pre-sizing, segmentation, and post-campaign analysis.

Technical IT Business Analyst – Pega & Python - Responsibilities:
• Responsible for requirement gathering and supporting the design, build, and execution of customer marketing offers
• Apply Next Best Action design principles to build and test decision strategies using Pega
• Document and implement business requirements for customer interactions across multiple channels
• Analyze data around campaign presentment and customer responses to deliver insights and recommendations
• Act as a liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, and other stakeholders
• Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities
• Support production incident investigations and inquiries

Technical IT Business Analyst – Pega & Python - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• 2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery
• Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
• Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation
• 4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills
• Recent experience with Python

Technical IT Business Analyst – Pega & Python – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with banking products
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Previous experience with Databricks

Technical IT Business Analyst – Pega & Python – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days in the office each week.
