On behalf of our Capital Markets Technology client, Procom is searching for a Technical Support Analyst - Desktop rollout for a 3-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Technical Support Analyst - Desktop rollout x2 - Job Description:
Provide onsite support for the Trade Floor relocation to CIBC Square. The team will be responsible for coordinating and executing the installation, configuration, and deployment of all technology equipment within the new Trade Floor environment. This includes monitors, desktops, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals, ensuring all devices are fully operational and ready for business use.

Technical Support Analyst - Desktop rollout x2 - Responsibilities:
• Install and configure technology equipment, including monitors, desktops, laptops, and printers
• Execute basic troubleshooting to ensure devices are operational
• Assist with the relocation of computers and associated peripherals
• Coordinate with the Technology Support team for seamless deployment

Technical Support Analyst - Desktop rollout x2 - Mandatory Skills:
