Technical Support Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Technical Support Analyst for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Technical Support Analyst - Job Description:
The project involves backfilling a position in the Business as Usual (BAU) operations team. The role focuses on IT process management, specifically change management, within an Enterprise Operations environment.

Technical Support Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute the Change Management process daily, providing process and client support
• Serve as a subject matter expert on IT Service Management Change Management process and tool
• Chair/manage Technology Change Management meetings
• Review submitted Change requests for completeness and compliance
• Define, document, enforce, and support ITSM policies, processes, and procedures
• Update and present key performance metrics for Enterprise Change Management
• Facilitate the Change Post Implementation Review (CPIR) process

Technical Support Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• IT Technical Support experience
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Proficiency in MS Office
• ITIL V certification
• Experience reviewing technical documentation
• Asset management experience
• Enterprise Operations environment experience

Technical Support Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• FI experience

Technical Support Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-4 days in the office.
