On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Lehi, Utah office.

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist - Job Description:
The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical and business functions. The specialist will partner strategically with Hiring Managers and Talent Business Partners to meet evolving business needs, focusing on building diverse pipelines and establishing NRG’s brand presence in the Seattle market.

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers to align on hiring strategies and drive effective hiring outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology leaders.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and provide structured feedback to hiring teams.
• Coordinate interview processes end-to-end and maintain candidate momentum.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive job offers.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong full-cycle recruiting expertise across technical and business roles.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with senior leaders.
• Exceptional candidate experience management and communication skills.
• Advanced sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen and alignment with organizational goals.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms.

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• 2+ years of experience with strategic sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• 1+ year of experience sourcing for roles in organizations with multiple office locations.
• Certified Staffing Professional certification.

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist - Start Date:
ASAP.

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist - Assignment Location:
Lehi, UT with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 4 days in the office.
