On behalf of our Enterprise client, Procom is searching for a Technology Learning Specialist for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Technology Learning Specialist - Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Technology Learning Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on designing and delivering impactful learning programs to enhance technology adoption and efficiency within the firm. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering engagement and skill development across all levels of the organization.

Technology Learning Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging technology education sessions tailored to the needs of Firm personnel.
• Conduct new hire onboarding and continuous learning workshops for staff and lawyers on the Firm’s technology and software applications (both virtual and in-person).
• Design and maintain high-quality instructional materials, including instructor guides, quick reference sheets, hands-on exercises, and visual aids.
• Produce high-quality, engaging instructional videos and organize a comprehensive digital learning library.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to communicate the value of technology tools and gather feedback for material refinement.
• Test and evaluate new software to assess usability and user impact.

Technology Learning Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in technology education, instructional design, or a related role.
• Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Proficiency in creating and editing instructional videos using tools like Articulate 360, Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365, CoPilot, MS Teams, PDF tools, CRM systems, and Document Management Systems.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Technology Learning Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with training and user adoption of GenAI technology.
• Change Management experience.
• Bilingualism (English and French), both written and spoken.
• Law Firm experience.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to and master new software and technologies.

Technology Learning Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.
