Procurement Analyst - Asset Management x 2:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Procurement Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Procurement Analyst - Asset Management x 2 - Job Description:
The Procurement Analyst will support the Procurement Management arm of the Asset Management team, responsible for the acquisition and purchasing of enterprise technology assets. This is a business-as-usual role, not tied to a specific project, and involves managing technology asset requests and ensuring compliance with bank standards.

Procurement Analyst - Asset Management x 2 - Responsibilities:
• Work with internal business partners and external suppliers to ensure delivery of technology goods and services
• Validate and process invoices, maintaining documented audit trails
• Provide input to fiscal planning based on trend analysis and planned initiatives
• Manage 50+ technology asset requests in the Service Now queue for over 40,000 employees
• Handle multiple tasks including technology purchases, client inquiries, and vendor ETAs
• Ensure accuracy of allocated charges and follow up on discrepancies

Procurement Analyst - Asset Management x 2 - Mandatory Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience supporting procurement and/or asset lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically ticket management
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Understanding of technology geared towards desktop assets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Procurement Analyst - Asset Management x 2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with purchasing tools such as Coupa
• Prior experience working within a financial institution or highly regulated industry
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including internal parties and third-party vendors
• Strong problem-solving and discrepancy resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for extension, depending on business needs.

Procurement Analyst - Asset Management x 2 - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and every second Friday of the month.
