Test Analyst x 2:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Test Analyst x 2 for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Test Analyst x 2 - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Analyst to join our team, working on the Concorde Program, a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. The program involves transitioning to a variable cost platform for Cheque Processing, impacting multiple lines of business and technology groups.

Test Analyst x 2 - Responsibilities:
• Review requirements and develop detailed test scenarios and test cases during UAT, E2E Test Phases
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing
• Log, track, and retest defects
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to validate expected outcomes
• Provide testing status updates and support release activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end testing and successful project delivery

Test Analyst x 2 - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of QA experience supporting technology projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and testing best practices
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, and regression testing, including defect management
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Proficiency with HP ALM and Jira
• Experience with test automation and software process improvement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Test Analyst x 2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of Cheque Processing (e.g., Day 1, Day 2, RDC)
• Retail banking experience
• Knowledge of automation tools, AI Utilization for Testing Deliverables

Test Analyst x 2 – Assignment Length:
This is an 8-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office required.
