Test Lead - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Service client, Procom is searching for a Test Lead - Senior for a 5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto or Guelph office.

Test Lead - Senior - Job Description:
This new Test Lead role involves working on a critical project, focusing on manual and integration testing. The project aims to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and integration of various systems and applications.

Test Lead - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases/scripts, data, and acceptance criteria.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute manual testing across front-end and back-end components.
• Test application integrations, interfaces, and non-functional requirements.
• Evaluate test results against business requirements and maintain requirements traceability.
• Identify, document, track, validate, and manage defects using Azure DevOps.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Communicate testing progress, results, defects, risks, and issues.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain complete testing documentation and provide knowledge transfer to ministry staff.

Test Lead - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of demonstrated QA/testing experience.
• Experience with integration, unit, regression, functional, UAT, AODA, and non-functional testing.
• Working knowledge of AODA/accessibility requirements.
• Experience testing data-driven applications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar defect management tools.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and user stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Test Lead - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
