Ticket Coordinator:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Ticket Coordinator for a 2 year contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Ticket Coordinator - Job Description:
The Ticket Coordinator will support the execution and administration of the bank's North American ticketing and hospitality portfolio. This role involves coordinating ticket allocations, client hosting activities, reporting, sponsorship activations, and administrative functions to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently, on brand, on budget, and on schedule.
Ticket Coordinator - Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of ticketing and hospitality strategies across BMO's Canadian and U.S. sponsorship portfolios
• Distribute and coordinate ticket allocations, guest management processes, hospitality logistics, catering requirements, and special requests
• Manage ticket inventory and fulfillment processes while ensuring compliance with internal governance and approval procedures
• Support high-profile hosting opportunities and executive hospitality programs for clients, prospects, and senior leaders
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with sponsorship properties, ticketing partners, vendors, Lines of Business, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sponsorship team members across North America to identify and share best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiencies
• Serve as a day-to-day resource for ticketing inquiries and support requests from internal partners
Ticket Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience in ticketing, hospitality, sponsorships, events, or a related field
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related discipline
• Understanding of sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, and event management processes
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Ticket Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience supporting client-facing events, hospitality programs, or sponsorship activations
• Familiarity with professional sports and entertainment properties in North America
• Knowledge of reporting, measurement, and performance tracking methodologies
• Understanding of budget administration and expense management practices
• French language skills
Ticket Coordinator – Assignment Length:
This is a 2-year contract position.

Ticket Coordinator - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 4 days in-office per week.
