Trade Operations x3:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Trade Operations professional for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Trade Operations x3 - Job Description:
This role involves supporting the USD-US Treasury Project by managing and processing client and credit data across Securities trading systems. The Operations Analyst will work collaboratively to ensure operational readiness and data integrity, contributing to the seamless client onboarding experience.

Trade Operations x3 - Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the bank
• Process, manage, and maintain client and credit limit data in various systems
• Analyze and resolve exceptions from various reconciliation processes
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating when necessary
• Ensure standard operating procedures are updated regularly
• Provide training to team members and guide junior staff
• Collaborate with business and technology partners on projects
• Assist with data gathering for internal auditors and other control areas
• Streamline processes and simplify operations with innovative ideas
• Promote a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment

Trade Operations x3 - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong communication with various stakeholders
• Credit experience/Reconciliation experience
• Trading knowledge/Capital Markets knowledge
• Reference Data Experience (2 years)

Trade Operations x3 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Top Bank Experience

This is a 12 month contract position.
