Trade Processing Analyst:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Trade Processing Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s New York, NY office.

Trade Processing Analyst - Job Description:
The Trade Processing Analyst will work closely with the Global Structured Products trading desks, providing support for pre and post-execution events. The role involves ensuring that downstream feeds for various products are set up and acting as a liaison between the Trading desk and other stakeholders.

Trade Processing Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate reflection of trade bookings and amendments on trading platforms
• Liaise with trading desk and stakeholders to ensure accurate product setups
• Act as a 1st line of defense to reduce operational risk
• Work with IT to automate transaction workflows
• Participate in system migrations and conduct UAT testing
• Investigate and resolve trade and payment discrepancies
• Complete EOD processes including reconciliation checks

Trade Processing Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry
• University Degree/College Diploma in a related discipline
• Knowledge of derivatives, equities, and bonds
• Familiarity with TraderEH, SwapOne, Imagine, Calypso, Bloomberg
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Trade Processing Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Project or testing experience with trading platforms
• Knowledge of financial markets and regulatory bodies
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Trade Processing Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
