Trade Support Officer, Capital Markets – MS Excel:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Trade Support Officer, Capital Markets – MS Excel for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Trade Support Officer, Capital Markets – MS Excel - Job Description:
Join our Securities Lending Canada team to support the sales and invoicing desk. In this role, you will be working with a dynamic team to process transactions within our Securities Lending Operations, ensuring smooth operations and coordination with the Front Trading Desks and other stakeholders.

Trade Support Officer, Capital Markets – MS Excel - Responsibilities:
• Process transactions within the Securities Lending Operations team
• Coordinate with Front Trading Desks and internal & external stakeholders
• Collect borrower lending fees and process client revenue
• Reconcile transactions across all platforms and systems
• Support the Bank of Canada Triparty Repo program

Trade Support Officer, Capital Markets – MS Excel - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in financial instruments, capital markets, and operations
• Advanced usage of MS Excel (Vlookup, pivot, macro)
• Experience within Operational and Client Service space
• Demonstrated strategic team player
• Ability to adhere to high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Process and time management skills

Trade Support Officer, Capital Markets – MS Excel – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Securities Lending experience
• VBA coding and macro development
• Advanced usage of MS Office Word
• Familiarity with prompting AI

Trade Support Officer, Capital Markets – MS Excel – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
