Training and Development Advisor II:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Training and Development Advisor II for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Houston, Texas office.

Job Description:
The primary focus for this role is to lead the development, implementation, and assessment of outcome-based training programs for specific GT client groups. The Training and Development Advisor II will independently manage and improve Capability Management Processes to ensure a competent workforce within the client group.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the creation, review, update, and approval of competencies mapped to the client group.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead the execution of Training Processes for defined competencies.
• Build and manage Learning Plans in a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Obtain and manage resources for training content development.
• Lead Competency Assurance activities for client group staff.
• Support GT Management of Change processes with training needs assessments.
• Ensure accurate training and competency records are maintained.
• Develop and implement an Annual Training Plan for the client group.
• Execute internal assessments and compliance verification activities.
• Facilitate the delivery of training when required.
• Participate on industry advisory groups as assigned.

Mandatory Skills:
• Degree in adult learning or a related technical field
• 4-7 years of leadership and/or training development experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competent user of Microsoft Office Programs
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite (including Storyline and RISE)
• Experience as a classroom facilitator

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong coaching skills
• Knowledge of content creation tool(s)
• Competent user of LMS program(s)

This is a permanent position.
