Training Specialist - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Training Specialist - Senior for a critical project regarding training support for healthcare systems. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Training Specialist - Senior - Job Description:
The Training Specialist - Senior will be responsible for leading a critical healthcare training project. The role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to support healthcare systems, ensuring alignment with OPS Change Management practices.

Training Specialist - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Lead and conduct training needs assessment, identifying the needs of all end-users
• Design a comprehensive curriculum for the training initiative, including all necessary training resources
• Provide project management expertise to support initiative/alignment to overall project timelines
• Develop training materials for all end-users, including guides, facilitation material, online modules, etc.
• Conduct evaluation of training initiative to determine required supports for continuous learning
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholder working groups and project team members to determine training needs/curriculum
• Facilitate and/or support facilitators with classroom sessions (in-person/virtual)

Training Specialist - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience facilitating adult learning programs using a variety of learning delivery methods
• Developing training materials for all end-users, including guides, facilitation material, online modules, etc.
• Highly proficient with the use of e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and MS Office
• Knowledge and experience with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills

Training Specialist - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• French proficiency
• Knowledge of e-learning software such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, etc.
• Knowledge of Ontario Design System (ODS)

Training Specialist - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 15 month contract position with a strict submission deadline.
