Training Specialist:
On behalf of our corporate client, Procom is searching for a Training Specialist for a 12-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Sturtevant, WI 53177 office. 

Training Specialist - Job Description:
The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance employee onboarding, career development, and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.

Training Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement employee training programs and learning initiatives
• Create training materials including manuals, guides, presentations, job aids, and e-learning content
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
• Monitor employee progress during onboarding and training periods
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes
• Partner with leadership and business teams to identify training gaps and development opportunities
• Maintain training documentation, schedules, and attendance records
• Support ongoing career development and continuous learning initiatives
• Update and improve training content based on feedback, operational changes, and business needs

Training Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• Undergraduate degree, certificate, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience developing training plans, programs, and instructional materials
• Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning technologies preferred

Training Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience supporting employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Experience in corporate, operational, or technical training environments
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
• Accessible and team-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving capabilities

This is a 12-month position.
