Transaction & Leasing Project Manager:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Transaction & Leasing Project Manager for a one-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.

Transaction & Leasing Project Manager - Job Description:
A strategic initiative is underway to optimize our client's Real Estate portfolio, encompassing both corporate and branch locations. We are seeking a Transaction & Leasing Project Manager Contractor to ensure successful implementation, focusing on transaction management, administration project coordination, and oversight to drive these strategies forward.

Transaction & Leasing Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Drive transactions and strategic initiatives through the pipeline with total process rigor.
• Build and manage critical path schedules, key milestone tracking, and accountability structures.
• Design and maintain high-quality project infrastructure, including deal trackers and executive summaries.
• Proactively identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks and administrative hurdles.
• Keep internal leadership, legal counsel, and external partners synchronized and accountable.
• Translate high-level real estate strategies into actionable transaction plans.
• Oversee document control, ensuring quality standards and data accuracy.

Transaction & Leasing Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Expert project management and process architecture.
• Strong leadership and anticipatory operations skills.
• Experience with end-to-end deal and pipeline ownership.
• Proactive execution and document control expertise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Transaction & Leasing Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with commercial real estate or leasing.
• Experience with Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) platforms.
• Experience in cross-functional alignment and governance.
• Capacity to create executive-ready work.

Transaction & Leasing Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a one-year contract position with the possibility of extension.
