Travel Analyst:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Travel Analyst for a contract role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Calgary office.

Travel Analyst - Job Description:
Seeking a Contract Travel Analyst to coordinate travel logistics, including charter air and bus reservations, to field locations. This role involves managing corporate aircraft and helicopters while providing high-level customer service and adapting to a dynamic team environment.

Travel Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Manage and book travel on scheduled corporate flights and buses, including ad-hoc charters and helicopters.
• Monitor and track aircraft utilization and optimize the use of corporate aircraft fleet.
• Arrange travel and onsite logistics for site tours to field locations.
• Validate and record aircraft and helicopter costs for accurate reporting.
• Manage multiple email boxes and customer calls.
• Support IROP for scheduled corporate flights and communicate solutions to passengers.
• Ensure compliance with preferred suppliers and internal processes.

Travel Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Working experience in Aviation or Travel Logistics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven success in building constructive relationships.
• Organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and SAP system.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.

Travel Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Cost control experience in a related industry.
• Hands-on experience building complex Power BI reports.
• Knowledge of INNFinity (Enroute), Concur, or Logistics and Reservations systems.
• Planning and forecasting skills for optimizing flight and bus schedules.
• Aviation and Transportation expertise.
