Turnaround Planner/Coordinator:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Turnaround Planner/Coordinator for a 1-year role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Superior, Wisconsin office.

Turnaround Planner/Coordinator - Job Description:
The Turnaround Planner/Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field execution for refinery turnarounds, outages, catalyst changes, shutdowns, and other major maintenance events. The successful candidate will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with approved scope, schedules, and site standards.

Turnaround Planner/Coordinator - Responsibilities:
• Coordinate field execution during turnarounds, outages, and shutdowns.
• Resolve field execution issues and facilitate safe, efficient work progression.
• Coordinate with various departments to execute approved scope.
• Monitor progress, risks, schedule adherence, and productivity.
• Review turnaround work packages for scope completeness and execution readiness.
• Participate in Capital Project constructability reviews.
• Promote teamwork and mentor developing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Turnaround Planner/Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 10 years of refinery or petrochemical turnaround experience.
• Strong knowledge of turnaround planning and execution.
• Proven ability to work effectively with various departments and contractors.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons and conduct field walkdowns.
• Ability to work extended hours during turnaround execution.
• Must comply with all refinery safety policies.

Turnaround Planner/Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience building and auditing turnaround work packages.
• Working knowledge of SAP, IPS, and Primavera P6.
• PMP certification or Construction Management degree.

Turnaround Planner/Coordinator – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract with the likelihood of extension for the right candidate.


Turnaround Planner/Coordinator - Assignment Location:
Superior, Wisconsin, onsite. Local candidates preferred; non-local candidates may be eligible for per diem.
