Job Description

UAT Tester:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a UAT Tester for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

UAT Tester - Job Description:
The UAT Tester will support a large-scale statement and data validation initiative in bank's Private Wealth division. The role involves ensuring business requirements are accurately validated prior to production deployment and maintaining UAT documentation to meet audit and compliance requirements.

UAT Tester - Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive test cases and document results
• Track defects and work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams
• Develop, maintain, and update UAT documentation
• Lead UAT-related activities by coordinating testing schedules and facilitating defect triage sessions
• Support remediation initiatives by identifying system or process gaps and validating fixes
• Manage the Analytics team mailbox, triaging requests and ensuring timely responses

UAT Tester - Mandatory Skills:
• 4+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Quality Assurance (QA), or Business Testing within Financial Services
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management applications, products, and business processes
• Proven experience executing UAT test cases and managing defects
• Experience creating and maintaining test plans and other UAT documentation
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience using defect tracking and test management tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

UAT Tester – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Banking experience
• Experience in data validation projects
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills

UAT Tester – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP.

UAT Tester - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days in the office.
