US - Business Analyst II:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a US - Business Analyst II for a 6-month contract to hire role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey office.

US - Business Analyst II - Job Description:
The Business Analyst II will support the Consumer Deposit Products & Payments business with client acquisition and engagement offer fulfillment. This role involves decisioning exception requests and conducting client-level research on complex financial products to improve client acquisition and relationship deepening journeys.

US - Business Analyst II - Responsibilities:
• Support client acquisition and engagement offer fulfillment
• Process, review, and execute multiple offer fulfillment inquiries
• Conduct client-level research on financial products and offer qualifiers
• Make equitable decisions and apply best practices
• Protect TD's reputational risk
• Interact internally and spend approximately 1 hour a day in meetings

US - Business Analyst II - Mandatory Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel
• Independent research skills
• Banking experience with an understanding of financial products
• Fidelity experience
• Strong communication skills

US - Business Analyst II – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with offers in banking
• Initiative-taking
• Problem-solving skills

US - Business Analyst II – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract to hire position.

US - Business Analyst II - Start Date:
ASAP.

US - Business Analyst II - Assignment Location:
Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey, United States. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.
