US - Business Analyst III:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst III for a 10-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Wilmington, Delaware 19801 office. 

US - Business Analyst III - Job Description:
The Business Analyst III will provide analytical and project management support for strategic initiatives within the Cobrand Credit Card business. The role involves ensuring compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements, as well as leveraging tools like Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint to document requirements and facilitate collaboration.

US - Business Analyst III - Responsibilities:
• Build organizational frameworks and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Use Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint to document requirements and track project progress
• Facilitate collaboration and manage workflows
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues

US - Business Analyst III - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking and financial services
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills

US - Business Analyst III – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the credit card business or wholesale banking
• Agile certifications

US - Business Analyst III – Assignment Length:
This is a 10-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
