US - IT - Product Manager III:
On behalf of our financial industry client, Procom is searching for a US - IT - Product Manager III for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Wilmington, Delaware office.

Job Description:
The role involves leading the Cobrand credit card product roadmap by gathering customer insights, defining and prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive products from ideation through discovery while monitoring performance and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze user needs, market trends, and business requirements.
• Define product features and prioritize backlogs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Oversee the product from ideation through discovery.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in banking/financial services.
• Agile capabilities with proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Decision-making skills.
• Presentation skills with the ability to present to leaders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Financial planning experience, including cost-benefit analysis.

Assignment Length:
This is a 9-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion based on performance and business needs.

Wilmington, Delaware, United States. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
