Senior Content Designer:
On behalf of our Digital Design client, Procom is searching for a Senior Content Designer for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Portland, Maine office.

Senior Content Designer - Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Content Designer eager to solve meaningful problems and create seamless experiences spanning a broad digital and physical ecosystem. This project is part of a well-established team focused on enhancing user experiences through innovative content strategies.

Senior Content Designer - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with designers to craft seamless digital customer experiences
• Write clear, accurate, and compelling user interface copy
• Collaborate with project partners and the Experience Strategy team to determine the business objectives that drive content strategy
• Make recommendations on user requirements for projects and contribute to project scoping and planning
• Obtain competitive experience evaluations and customer data and establish benchmarks for content
• Contribute to content creation governance and workflow as well as style, tone, and voice guidelines
• Manage and administer design projects

Senior Content Designer - Mandatory Skills:
• Content strategy - 5 years
• Knowledge of online marketing, advertising, and other interactive experiences - 5 years
• UX Experience - 5 years
• Plain language expertise - 5 years
• Strong writing and editing skills - 5 years
• Good understanding of user-centered design and related design disciplines
• Familiarity with Figma/Figjam and Confluence/Jira

Senior Content Designer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Banking Experience is a plus
• Experience in a design-related discipline
• Understanding of interactive design and usability principles
• Proficiency in adapting processes to meet project needs
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX writing abilities

Senior Content Designer – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.

ASAP.

Senior Content Designer - Assignment Location:
Portland, Maine, United States. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office.
