User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior for an 18-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin or Dallas, TX office.

User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior - Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, collaborative, and adaptable Senior UX Designer to join the User Experience Design team. This role involves understanding user needs and pain points to shape digital experiences, translating complex financial needs into intuitive, high-quality client interactions that empower clients to manage their financial lives confidently.

User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Bring products to life, designing solutions that delight clients and meet business needs
• Support product design efforts from discovery to final delivery
• Design interactions across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile experiences
• Create solutions together with a cross-functional Agile team
• Independently drive design exploration and decision-making
• Own delivery of assigned work, proactively addressing challenges
• Maintain high design standards aligned to channel guidelines

User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 6-10 years of UX design experience focused on digital products or equivalent
• 1+ year of UX experience for touch-based mobile interfaces
• An online portfolio showcasing design thinking leading to innovative solutions
• Experience with user-centered design processes, including user research and developing user flows
• Proficient in design tools like Figma

User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience using AI-powered tools or workflows to support design
• Strong self-management skills and comfort owning work independently
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to diverse audiences
• Some technical knowledge or experience collaborating closely with engineers

User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is an 18-month contract position.
