User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior:
On behalf of our financial client, Procom is searching for a User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior for an 18-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Austin or Westlake, TX office.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join the User Experience Design team, focusing on digital assets like Cryptocurrency for web and mobile platforms. The role involves translating complex financial needs into intuitive client interactions, contributing to Schwab's digital experiences.

Responsibilities:
• Design solutions that meet client and business needs
• Support product design from discovery to delivery
• Create interactions for desktop, mobile web, and native mobile
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
• Independently drive design exploration and decision-making
• Maintain high design standards aligned with the Charles Schwab design system
• Build strong partnerships with peers and cross-functional partners

Mandatory Skills:
• 6-10 years of UX design experience for digital products
• 1+ year of UX experience for touch-based mobile interfaces
• Online portfolio showcasing design thinking and innovative solutions
• Experience with user-centered design processes
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience using AI-powered tools for design or research
• Strong self-management skills
• Some technical knowledge or experience with engineers
• Financial or Banking experience
• Experience in a matrix or regulatory environment

Assignment Length:
This is an 18-month contract position.
