Senior UX Designer:
On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Senior UX Designer for a 7.5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior UX Designer - Job Description:
The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for delivering human-centred design solutions to enhance digital services. The project involves the development of intuitive, accessible, and effective digital platforms, focusing on user needs and behaviours to inform design decisions.

Senior UX Designer - Responsibilities:
• Apply UX design best practices to develop user-centred solutions
• Design for mobile-first and responsive environments
• Plan and facilitate user research and usability testing activities
• Lead end-to-end service design activities
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with accessibility standards and Ontario Design System principles

Senior UX Designer - Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive experience applying UX design best practices
• Minimum 3 years' experience with user-centred design processes and Agile methodologies
• Expertise with UX tools including JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma, and Zeplin
• Demonstrated communication and mediation skills
• Ability to iterate designs efficiently

Senior UX Designer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript experience
• React, Angular, and Node.js experience
• Degree or certification in Usability, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Technical Writing
• Accessibility compliance testing experience
• Experience with user research outputs

Senior UX Designer – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from August 17th to March 31, 2027.

Senior UX Designer - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior UX Designer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.
