UX Designer - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a UX Designer - Senior for a 10-month role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

UX Designer - Senior - Job Description:
The role is focused on service design rather than traditional UI/UX design, working with the Government Services Integration Cluster. The Senior UX Designer will lead user-centered and service design for enterprise platform features and onboarded government services, ensuring a consistent, intuitive, inclusive, and accessible experience for Ontario businesses.

UX Designer - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Lead design for complex transactional services
• Develop journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, synthesis, and design validation
• Apply enterprise design systems and accessible interaction patterns
• Collaborate with users, ministry partners, product managers, business analysts, architects, developers, accessibility specialists, and testers
• Translate evidence and service needs into practical designs and reusable patterns
• Support implementation through detailed specifications and design reviews

UX Designer - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience leading design for complex transactional services
• Experience developing journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications
• Knowledge of AODA and WCAG requirements
• Experience conducting research, usability testing, synthesis, and design validation with diverse user groups
• Experience applying enterprise design systems and accessible interaction patterns
• Excellent visual, written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills

UX Designer - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement
• Experience contributing to the maturity of enterprise platform design systems
• Familiarity with Ontario government services
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

UX Designer - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 10-month contract position.

UX Designer - Senior - Start Date:
ASAP.

UX Designer - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, onsite 5 days a week.
